Ingredients
Steak
- 4 ea. 9 oz Salt & Sear™ Flat Iron Steak
- 8 oz Mojo Marinade
- 2 oz Sazon Seasoning
Salad
- 7 oz Arugula
- 1/8 c Torn Basil, fresh
- 1/8 c Torn Mint, fresh
- 1/8 c Torn Flat Leaf Parsley, fresh
- 1/8 c Torn Cilantro, fresh
- 1/8 c Citrus Segments, mixture of orange/lemon/lime
- 1/8 c Red Onion Shavings
- As needed Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper
Vinaigrette
- 1 Tbsp Citrus juice, fresh
- 1/8 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- As needed Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper
Watermelon
- 1 ea. 4” Watermelon, cut into a circle
Cooking Instructions
Steak
- Marinate steaks in mojo marinade for 1-4 hours.
- Grill or sear steak to desired doneness.
- Let rest and season to taste w/ Sazon seasoning.
Salad
- Combine ingredients and lightly toss w/vinaigrette.
Vinaigrette
- Combine ingredients and use to lightly coat salad.
Watermelon
- Grill watermelon on one side creating grill marks.
